International Consortium of Critical Theory Programs (ICCTP), jointly housed at the University of California, Berkeley and Northwestern University, is funded by the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation. The task of this international consortium is to document, connect, and support the various programs and projects that now represent critical theory across the globe. Through its work, the Consortium aims to document the global contours of critical theory today, supporting critical thought both inside and outside the university in the arts, humanities, social sciences, and science and technology studies, and seeking collaborative forms for critically responding to pressing global challenges.
The Consortium directory connects programs, centers, and projects in the field of critical theory throughout the world, faciliating intellectual exchange, and illuminating the global form and reach of critical theory today.
Critical Times is a peer-reviewed, open access online journal published by the ICCTP with the aim of foregrounding contemporary critical theory operating within a global frame. The journal publishes essays, interviews, dialogues, dispatches, visual art, and various other platforms for critical reflection, transnational solidarity, and political practice.

The ICCTP’s biannual conference cycle focuses on contemporary global issues of concern for new forms of critical theory, bringing together affiliates in various parts of the world for academic exchange.
The University of California, Irvine Libraries Critical Theory Archive Research Resources Development Project will expand web-based resources of the established Critical Theory Archive to include critical theory from across the globe and make critical theory research easier to find and circulate.
Critical Theory in the Global South is a critical theory curriculum initiative administered from Northwestern University that integrates intellectual traditions from the Global South through inter-university faculty collaborations, graduate student exchanges, book and article translations, workshops, and a concluding conference.
